Telephone and Online Counselling
I offer counselling, psychotherapy and supervision by telephone and online, as well as face to face.
While many clients might prefer counselling and psychotherapy face to face, this can sometimes be difficult in practice, for various reasons. It might be difficult for clients to travel to a therapy venue or it might be challenging to fit therapy into a busy schedule. Maybe family commitments require clients to stay at home.
As a result, some clients might find it more viable or more convenient to have counselling and psychotherapy through other ways, such as on the telephone or online, similarly supervisees and supervision, hence my offering these alternatives. As a result, I can offer additional flexibility in the times that I can offer appointments on the phone or online.
